Pubs

The Craven Heifer

The Craven Heifer is situated at the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and for over 200 years has served the needs of travellers.

Its very first customers were the drovers bringing their livestock down the dale to market in Skipton and through to the present day it has retained its reputation for a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality.

It retains its Country Inn traditions offering Cask Ales, superb home cooking and full en suite accommodation among others.

The Kings Arms

"We are an independent free house and are proud to have been awarded the Cask Marque in recognition of the excellence of our cask ales. We are featured in the "Good Beer Guide" for 2000. Our vaulted cellar is home to numerous Northern ales, notable regulars being Taylor's Landlord and Black Sheep."

The Red Lion

Originally a 16th century Ferryman's inn, the RED LION at BURNSALL is open for accommodation and meals throughout the year; we offer superb food, fine wines and real ale.

Roaring log fires, beamed ceilings, creaky floors and a true Yorkshire welcome await you here at our family owned hotel.
